Today's listening is A Practical Guide to Transformation, with Cyprian Consiglio.

Appendix I is very well written, very helpful (though perhaps a bit too dismissive of a formative relationship between Essene monasticism and early Christianity) and calls to mind three of my Gemini-assisted writing projects from earlier this year:
