Concerning Venezuela

My comment on María Corina Machado says "I absolutely support President Trump's strategy" on Venezuela:

I totally applaud Maria's courage and Nobel, and I think it is clear that Maduro lost the election and has to go, but I want Venezuela to keep universal healthcare in socialist principle. Trump's unilateral US blockade is a striking hemispheric counterpoint to Putin's invasion of Ukraine. It doesn't have UNSC backing but does that mean it is wrong? Will China assert itself in equal proportion toward Taiwan in its sphere of security (to borrow a phrase from a good debate between Sachs and Mearsheimer)? If we are not going to solve climate change under Trump 2.0, can we at least solve Ukraine, Taiwan and Venezuela instead of dragging them all into 2029? Pax Trump?
