Shifting from Political Theology to Political Science
2:42 AM Tuesday.
I am not exactly happy with my Political Theology webpage. I intended to give it a brilliant overhaul during a deep dive yesterday but ended up falling asleep for most of the day. Let's see if the Creator will grant me sufficient energy and wisdom to make some modest upgrades now.
3:07 PM Tuesday.
Well, I have been struggling for the better part of 13 hours to wrap my head around a significant course correction. It looks like what I probably need to do here is switch my existing Political Theology area of responsibility to Political Science. Then, under Political Science, I am looking at the following projects:
- American Politics
- International Relations (Replaces "UN Charter Navigation")
- Comparative Politics
- Political Theory
These are the "big four" in American political science departments. In addition to these big four, I am moving forward with a second set of four Political Science projects:
- World History
- World Federalism
- Two-State Zionism
- Media Literacy (Replaces "Daily Briefing")
Western Civilization I and II, which I learned in the mid-1990s, has been superseded in the American educational system by World History I and II. I am tempted to add a World History project track under Music of the Spheres, alongside Earth Science, but taking Seeley's 1869 maxim into account, I think it more properly belongs here under Political Science.
Alright, now that I have made this decision, I need to do some filing in order to bring the rest of my system into line. Let's see if I can get that done by 6 PM.
End 4:21 PM.
