Q4 2025 Week 40 Plan


It's 7:18 PM on Saturday as I begin to write this Q4 2025 Week 40 Plan. I didn't get anywhere close to articulating Q4 goals for each of my 29 active projects during Week 39. I didn't exercise much, and I slept a lot more than I would prefer. I also seemed to put on a little weight, despite my plan for gradual fat loss. While I wouldn't classify Week 39 as a major mental health setback week, I wouldn't classify it as a week of major mental health recovery, either. Moving forward, I am not sure if I should continue chipping away at Q4 targets for each of my 29 active projects, or if it makes more sense to double down on clear next actions. I guess I will aim to do both:

Now it is 8:10 PM and I need to unwind from my desktop computer with some prayer on the meditation cushion and some visualization before bed of my plan for Sunday. May God bless America with a fourth quarter and a fortieth week of health and productivity.
